Raleigh is buzzing with a variety of events this week, offering something for everyone to enjoy.

 

On May 1, fashion enthusiasts can attend the Devil Wears Prada 2 Experience at Clockwork, presented by The Silver Screen Society. The evening includes a curated film screening followed by an after-party featuring DJ Gay Agenda.

 

Art lovers won't want to miss the Dr. Schollz Art Show on May 1 at Westwood. Local artist Chris Scholl showcases his debut exhibit, accompanied by local vendors and a DJ. Proceeds will benefit Perfectly Imperfect Pups.

Music lovers can attend the Midtown Music Fest on May 2 at Midtown Park, featuring multigenre local and regional bands, food trucks, vendors, and beverage tents.

 

On May 2, participate in the National Pilates Day Pop-Up at Fenton, a free outdoor Pilates class hosted by Pilates Addiction Cary, with raffle prizes, snacks, and refreshments.

 

The Person Street Plaza Block Party on May 2 offers live music, DJs, food and beverages, flash tattoos, art activities, roller skating, and a pop-up market with local vendors.

 

From May 2 to 10, Raleigh Little Theatre presents The Hobbit, an adaptation of Tolkien's beloved tale.
