Raleigh is set to launch its new âSip nâ Strollâ social district at Seaboard Station, inviting the community to openly enjoy alcoholic beverages from local ABC-permitted bars and restaurants.
Starting November 14, drinks can be carried within approved boundaries, including stretches of West Franklin Street and Seaboard Avenue, daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Driven by Hoffman & Associates and enthusiastically endorsed by the Raleigh City Council, the initiative boasts widespread supportânearly 90% of residents and a majority of local food and beverage retailers are behind the effort.
